RUNWAYS
The Runway encompasses the rail beams, brackets, and structural framework facilitating crane operations. Various runway designs exist, each tailored to bolster the support and efficiency of the overhead crane.
Some of these configurations are:
Overhead Crane Systems
Crafted for lifting hefty loads in expansive areas, overhead cranes facilitate the movement of equipment and components throughout your premises.
With top-running and underhung runway solutions in our portfolio, AmeriCrane is committed to guiding you to the optimal system tailored to your workspace and specific tasks.

Jib, Gantry & Monorail Cranes
Jib, gantry and monorails offer a wide range of versatility in your workspace.
Jib cranes will lift and maneuver materials between 180-360 degrees around the support structure, or act as a “hand off” to adjacent workstations.
Gantry cranes offer an economical option for lifting and moving equipment anywhere in your facility.
Monorail systems are a highly versatile lifting device that can have curves, switches, turntables and even connect to an overhead bridge crane.
Below-The-Hook Devices
Below-the-Hook lifting devices and end effectors are used to attach loads to overhead hoisting equipment. They are used to move any load that doesn’t have a lifting lug or a place to attach a single hoist hook to the load.
They are commonly used in such applications as: plate handling, pipe lifting, stone cutting, glass handling, steel handling, drum handling, and odd-shaped loads.
